765: Added SurveySparrow r=poteto a=o-my-code SurveySparrow follows an interview process which strictly adheres to the no-whiteboard policy. Usually, the process starts with a Skype/Phone interview during which the first level of assessment is done. After that a small project, highly relevant to the job applied for, will be given with a timeframe to complete. Upon the submission of project, if found appropriate, the candidate will be called for a face-to-face interview.
