The process is very straightforward and the company tries to make it smooth and fast. The first interview is cultural with a recruiter. If there is a match, the next step is a technical test on the context of the job. When the candidate submits the test, there is a technical interview based on the test and to understand if the expectations technically are aligned with what the company offers. Then, if both agree to continue, there is conversation with the CTO to know the person.
