## Add Sixfold

Our interview process consists of 3-4 stages, depending on the candidate (and a bit of randomness as to which of the teams they end up being suitable for).

1st step: Interview with HR and one engineering lead, where we give an overview of what we do, and get to know each other a bit better
2nd step: A do-at-home test task, which we don't set a deadline for (but hope you can give an estimate so we won't bother you, if you happen to be busy with something else)
3rd step: A more thorough technical interview, where we discuss your test task, give you feedback and give you an opportunity to meet a few more people from our technical team
4rd step: Depending on the team the candidate finds most appealing, an optional meeting with said team's engineering lead, in most cases acting as a means to just get to know the team a bit better
