Some advice about landing a software engineering job with Canonical:

- Canonical believes very strongly in a fair interview process. Each interviewer is "blind" and hasn't seen notes from anyone else that you interview with.
- At least one interview will be from someone outside of your team.
- The company is worldwide-remote and maintains 24/7 operations. It's possible that an interview may occur late in the evening.
- Almost all of the code that you'll be writing is open source. You should feel comfortable operating in that environment.
