They have a pretty fair interview process. First interview is an interview with the CTO. Talks about candidates experience, sometimes will ask to do a code walkthrough or see some of the candidates existing work to see what their coding style is like. Following this interview there is a take-home assignment that is relevant to the job the candidate will be doing.
