1116: Netflix does leetcode questions, shouldn't be here r=poteto a=mauricio

Varies depending on the team you interview but I did get a leetcode exercise when interviewing with them, there was no option of a take home test or anything like that. There was a "debugging interview" where i was presented with a problem and had to go about trying to fix it and there was a distributed systems interview where I spoke about my experience building distributed systems.
