I share my first-hand experience since I recently joined the Cortlex team. Also, I logged in to a company's GitHub account with the permission of the HR department, which has account ownership.

So, the interview process for Cortlex was spot-on and hassle-free. First, I told a recruiter about myself and described my work experience. After that, we had a call with a technical specialist (who is also my mentor currently; he explains the company's processes and answers my questions). He asked me more about my technical expertise, language, libraries, and databases. There were no riddles and HackerRank problems to solve. Instead, we had a friendly, respectful conversation, and they checked my knowledge of things they use in their projects.

After that - it was all good, and we continued with an offer!
